CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT
All clients are sent an SMS 48 hours in the lead up to their appointment. In receipt of this we ask that you confirm or cancel your appointment by replying either Y, Yes, N, or No.
APPOINTMENTS
At Beauty by Arnika, we kindly ask that all clients arrive on time for their appointments. If you are any later than 15 minutes it will be up to Beauty by Arnika’s discretion to decide if the appointment can proceed or not. If the appointment can not proceed it will be classed as a 100% no show fee. If you’re running short on time, please contact Beauty by Arnika as soon as possible—I will do my best to accommodate your situation.
CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give 24 hours notice. Your booking deposit fee will then be transferred to rescheduled booking or refunded. Any cancellations or rescheduling under 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
All no show appointments will inqur a fee of 100% of your appointment that will be charged to your held card. This fee will need to be paid before rebooking.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Vouchers have a 3 year expiry date. Vouchers must be presented at time of purchase or will not be honoured. No show and cancellations within 24 hours will result in 100% loss of voucher value.
DEPOSITS
All appointments will require a deposit (varies with each service). The deposit is required to pay to secure your appointment time.
A $60 deposit for 18K Gold or white gold Tooth gems is non refundable. Charms are preordered and your deposit is to secure your charm of choice.
